Routing Rules
Control which jobs go to Admin Sheet vs engineer routes
Default rules: LRAs, Written Schemes, Remedial Works, Mains Disinfection, TMV Service, Tank Clean → Admin only.
Job Type Integrity
Audit imported job names, system names, frequencies and timing rules
Visible job types now stay exactly as imported from Monster. Short labels such as LRA, TMV Service and Tank Clean are used only as rule categories, not as renamed job types.
Regions
Keep all jobs in a region together on one trip
Enter postcode prefix letters only — "CF" matches CF1, CF10, CF24 etc. You do not need every full postcode.
Assignment Rules
Manual locks, site/customer ownership and routing controls
Priority: Manual Lock → Site Ownership → Customer Ownership → Engineer Skills → Region Ownership → Backup Engineer → Nearest Eligible Engineer → Admin Review. Manual schedule changes are preserved during rebuilds.
